To Whom it May Concern

My relationship with the International Protective Service Agency goes back to April of 1997 when I was hired as the Director of Security at the New Yorker hotel. IPSA was already at the hotel when I was hired. As the hotel grew, so did IPSA. A 400-room hotel when I first came, it now has 22 guest floors and 1013 rooms. We also have 3 residential floors and 9 commercial floors that are patrolled on a round the clock basis.

The attitudes and work ethics of the employees of IPSA is a direct reflection of its owner and president, Jerry Heying. Firm but fair, Mr.Heying has built a security company that encompasses more than the “patrol guard”. They are well schooled and trained and have learned to mix security and hospitality as it pertains to our industry. The office staff and field supervisors are sensitive to the needs to the employee and the client.

I highly recommend IPSA to cover all of your security needs and I truly hope that you give them the consideration that they deserve.

I have included my business card in case you need to contact me.

Very truly yours,
Douglas V.Velotta
Director of Security

IPSA offers security guard services for virtually any scenario. Our security officers fall into several categories. In deciding to hire security, you need to consider what needs to be protected and the level of protection required.
