I have supervised many individuals both in house and contracted through outside service companies. Through many years I have experienced both good and bad. After three previous let downs by a contract company we had used for four years we were looking for a change. I am a strong believer that Loss prevention/Security is the first and the last impression when entering a store. This impression needs to be flawless and professional. I also expect consistency in performance from the moment he or she leaves.
